Experienced acupuncturist in London, EC2: back pain
Gary Minns is the primary acupuncturist and herbalist at Barbican Acupuncture in London. After four years of full-time study at Middlesex University, Gary was awarded a First Class Honours Bachelor of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine. He was also presented with the “Excellence in Study” prize by the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Gary has experience of working within private practice and the NHS and is a part-time lecturer on the BSc (Hons) Acupuncture course at the University of East London (UEL). Gary has travelled extensively in China and spent time working at a hospital there. He regularly visits China to keep up-to-date with developments in acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine.
Gary is a member of the British Acupuncture Council, Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a Council member of the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine, where he sits on the Education Subcommittee. He is also registered with the NHS, licensed to perform acupuncture by the City of London Corporation and has been recommended by City AM newspaper.
Gary is a keen tennis player, having represented Suffolk at county level. He has also held a top 100 world ranking and top 10 national ranking in the over 35 age category.
